Graham Radford-Smith is a gastroenterologist specializing in the field of Gut Health with a particular focus on Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), colorectal neoplasia, and non-inflammatory gut disorders. Graham developed the IBD centre at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in 1997. He is Associate Professor within the Faculty of Medicine, University of Queensland.

Graham embraces a holistic approach to Gut Health, working with clients to optimize their diet, mental health and other lifestyle factors while ensuring that they receive the best care. This has led to the development of Integrated Gut Health (

Graham spends his spare time with his wife and five sons, two of whom still live in Brisbane. He enjoys running, trail walks, travel and gardening.
